School Transport Management and Service Delivery
We currently manage school transport services on behalf of a number of schools and local authorities. This includes planning, procuring and delivering transport for around 3200 students every day. We have also developed a school transport app which provides real time information for parents and students and allows vehicles to be tracked and student’s travel logged when they board and alight the vehicle. An instance messaging facility allows us to keep parents and schools up to date with information including any delays or changes affecting the service.

Pass Administration Service
We produce and distribute over 2600 school bus passes each year. The pass is fitted with radio frequency identification which works with our school transport app and allows students journeys to be recorded, check bus pass validation, reduce unauthorised travel and fraud. Our online bus pass application service includes automated bus pass payments reducing lost income and ensuring effective financial management.
Financial Management Service
We offer the complete financial management service from Bus Pass income collection to operational compliance and contract payments. We manage all parent payments including instalments, and manage contract invoice payments on behalf of our clients whilst providing regular financial reports and forecasting.
