School Travel App

Every service we provide is registered on our app. This app provides the ability to check bus passes via a card reader. The driver has access to the system to check if a bus pass has been rescinded or void. The app provides live vehicle tracking so that any delays can either be reported by the driver or managed centrally. Parents and students can then be advised by text message regarding delays or service issues. The app also allows pupils and parents to track their buses so they can see in real time when and where the bus is located in relation to their bus stop.

The time of boarding and alighting is recorded with every bus journey. This feature makes investigating any reported early or late running of the service simple and quick.

The app also helps identify if/when a child boarded and alighted the service and helps towards safeguarding.
